Has anyone visited this exhibit while in Orlando? What was your opinion and how much time should one allow to enjoy it at a comfortable pace. Trying to plan an early December trip to WDW to see the CP, Osborne lights, Mickey's Magic Christmas party and all of those wonderful displays at the DVC resorts. CAn it be done in four nights?

I have not been, but my parents went 3 or 4 years ago. They enjoyed it. I think at that time it took about six hours to see everything. They may have added a few things. Check out the link provided by Melinda.

I think you will probably prefer five nights to do everything you want. Just my opinion. However, it would possible to go to the Holyland Experience the day you go to MVMCP. Have fun planning!

OOOOhhhhh, I want to go! We were just at WDW for Christmas, you are going to LOVE it! I have to say if you intend to ONLY do the special Christmas stuff, and not see every show and ride every ride, you could cover it all in less time, however, alot of stuff goes on in the evening. Have fun planning :)

DW and I went in October and saw everything we wanted to see in about 4 hours. If you arrive when the park opens, the shows are timed to get you through pretty quickly.

Keep in mind, though, that if you are not Christian you may not enjoy it. The shows are pretty blatant in their Christian themes. Even though we are Christian, we got tired of being bombarded with their message after a while.

The food's pretty good, but plan to get to the food court before the lunch crowd to avoid a long wait.

If you know the New Testament stories, it's a very good reminder. The skits are almost word-for-word from the Bible. There are also several good historical lectures and lots of books and trinkets to buy.

Have a good time. We enjoyed it.

Our family went in late Sept. We loved it. Everyone dressed in the period costumes. the grounds, and buildings are beautiful. it was a lovely to sit on the patio by the water and relax.

The only problem we had was there was a christian middle school visiting on the same day. There were at least 100 kids in their school uniforms. These kids had some of the worst manners i've ever seen. Running, pushing adults out of their way, line jumping, and the "supervising adults" were letting them do it. One of the "adults" was loudly telling other mothers how she had just moved there because her husband was on the Olando Magic team. So they went into a full discussion of who did more charity work than the other. We heard the whole conversation while waiting in line for 30 minutes to get ice cream. it took 30 minutes due to the adults and kids line jumping and such. We weren't the only family that was totally disgusted by the way these kids acted, some of the employees were getting fed up also.
