The only ADR we could get for the Fantasmic Pkg was at 4:10. I'm not sure about this time..there's a parade at 3:30- will that be over yet? If we eat that early, will we have time to do anything else in the park before having to get to Fantasmic for a 7PM show?

The parade starts by Star Tours. Get a spot there or by Indiana Jones and then you can just walk right past Echo Lake and go right into the restaurant in time for your AR.

You could plan on doing Star Tours or Muppets, you should have about an hour to squeeze a few other attractions in.

AR's for the dinner package are always early. You can try calling back closer to the time for your trip because sometimes they release later hours.

We had a 4:30pm seating and it was perfect. After dinner, it's a a good time to shop or catch a ride/show or two since everything has thined out because people are either lining up for Fantasmic or eating dinner. We did The Little Mermaid after dinner and my DS&DH did Star Tours.

We have a 6:30 ADR at Mama Melroses for the Fantasmic show at 9pm. I would have much rather had a 7 pm showing than 9 pm.

When are you going?

We will be there in July!!

We are going Feb 25-March 3, so pretty soon. I'm so excited! This is only our second trip, and the first was only for two days, so this time we get to do so much more!
Thanks for the responses. I guess that time will be okay! :sunny:

We had a 4:10 ADR for the FDP at H&V in August and asked that morning at the restaurant hostess stand if we could come a little later. We knew we wouldn't be too hungry at that time having a 12:00 lunch. They told us to come between 4:30 and 4:45 and it worked out great. By the time we finished, we saw the parade, went on one ride and headed to Fantasmic (based on advice from our server to get there up to an hour early). We thought it would be packed, but we were one of the first families seated in the reserved area. My husband and older son left and went on a couple more rides while I saved our seats. When they got back a half hour later, there were still plenty of seats available around us.
