Hollywood & Vine - split party

We are traveling with a large party (17) and are planning on lunch at Hollywood & Vine. Some want to do the Fantasmic package, while others will be leaving to go home before Fantasmic.

Is it possible to make such a reservation? Could we make 2 reservations (one for F! and one without), then have them linked so we sit together? My understanding is the dining experience is the same, it's just whether or not you get the entitlement to F!. Any thoughts?

You can't link separate dining reservations. The best you can do is go to the podium upon check-in and ask if you can be seated together. They may or may not be able to grant your request. If you book it this way, be prepared to eat at separate tables.
