Hollywood & Vine Lunch or Dinner Times??

Hi Everyone! I was trying to book a Fantasmic Package for early April and the only Hollywood & Vine time available is 3:45PM. We were hoping to see Mickey and Minnie, but I can't figure out if 3:45PM is considered lunch or dinner? Doing a search, the dinner character start time seems to vary widely. Do you happen to know which characters would be there at that time?
