Hollywood & Vine For Lunch

Who has been to Hollywood & Vine for lunch recently and how was it???? We had gone years ago before it was converted to the playhouse disney theme. What characters were there when you went??? How was the food and service?? was there anything on the buffet that stood out?? Do they do any sort of activity were every so often the characters parade around the restaurant or anything like that?? How is the overal feel? Also any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We have never gone for lunch. We've gone for dinner twice and will never go back. Service terrible--we had one of the first seating times and waited over 20 minutes; saw our waitress twice--when she finally showed up--when she brought our drinks and our check; the food was lukewarm and they ran out of a few things which were never replaced while we were there; food was bland. This happened not once--but twice. But you will find others like or love it. It's just not for us anymore--and we love buffets.
