Hollywood & Vine Character Breakfast

We had an 8:00 reservation on a day when the parked opened at 9. It was nice to get in the park early. We were seated after a short wait. The restaurant was not full and there were plenty of extra tables around us which was nice. The food was decent and hot, but nothing extraordinary. It was basic breakfast. The best part of the meal was the character experience. They came around multiple times and stayed for awhile. My kids had a great time. They also had breaks where the kids could go up and dance with the characters which was nice. I would definitely do this again for the characters. However, if it was just by DH and I looking for good food I would probably not.

We are doing this in August, and it is supposed to be Special Agent Oso, Handy Manny and Little Einsteins.

We were just there on 6/3 and it was Oso, Handy Manny and 2 little Einsteins (Leo & June?). Our reservation was for 8:05 on a day the park was supposed to be opening at 9 but when we got there, two star wars guys were staging a performance to open up at 8!! We told the CM we had ressies but were told we had to wait since it opened at 8 that day! We ended up not getting to HW&V until 8:15m and had to wait another 15 minutes because most of the 8:30 ressies were checking in then too!

We only got 3 of 4 characters, as my 2 yr old couldn't handle much more waiting. I'd say we were there about 45 minutes. She did LOVE it, the interaction is great...dancing around, parades. The food was typical breakfast fare (loved the potato casserole!).

We definitely would go back again with seeing how much fun our daughter had there!
