Do you think it is possible/good idea to plan for Hollywood Studios from 9-4...meaning, is that enough time for Belle show, Ariel show, Toy Story, Disney Jr show, lunch at Hollywood & Vine, Star Wars and Tower of Terror? Have FP morning for Tower and Toy Story and 1pm for Disney Jr and lunch ADR at 11:30.

Trying to decide if we do MNSSHP that night!!

Thanks!

Your four year old is going to need a nap and you are going to need a rest a long day at the park can be exhausting I would suggest leaving the park at like 2:30 or 3 . I have traveled with many young kids at disney world. I am sure you would like your little one to be awake and in a good mood during the special night!!

Faith, Trust, and..PIXIE DUST.

It's possible if you have a stroller where your kiddo can take a nap and if you have a ton of energy as well as determination. :thumbsup2

That would mean a 9am to midnight day and that would not have worked for either of my kids at four. We choose not to do the party when our boys were preschoolers because it meant taking it easy the day of the party, and then getting a late start the next am. I do think you could get those things mentioned in between 9-4 as long as you are careful when to go your shows. You make can get a 4th FP after the 1pm Disney jr, that you could use for one of the other two shows.

It really depends on your child. That schedule would have worked absolutely fine for DD when she was 4. In fact, I'm pretty sure we did a very similar schedule at DHS and then moved over to MVMCP for the night when she was that age. DHS is a lot of sitting and watching shows, so DD was never worn out in the evening after a DHS day. When she was 4, she was usually bored at DHS by about 4:00 p.m. and asking to go to MK or EPCOT anyway. As she has gotten a little older, she enjoys it more there. If you have a high energy kid that schedule may very well be fine. We would leave DHS, go back to the hotel room for a change of clothes and 20 to 30 minute rest and then head out to MVMCP.

The only issue I see is where you are going to fit the Belle show in with your FP+ and lunch ADR schedule. The shows are usually at 11:45, 1:00, 3:00, 4:15 and 5:30. I think a couple of days a week there is one at 10:30- Saturday and maybe one other day, but I can't remember which one. You can't do the Belle show at 11:45 or 1:00. If the 3:00 works with your schedule, you are okay there.

The one other potential issue is if they happen to extend the Frozen summer fun activities into the fall. That might add quite a bit into the DHS schedule if they do.

Thank you for the advice! I didn't think about looking at show times in advance...heading to my touring plan now:)

we are doing a day and a half at HS this time because the kids (3 & 4) loved it sooo much and were very disappointed they didn't get to see all the characters and do all the shows....

I would think a nap or some relaxing at the resort would be the only way we could do that and then head out to a late party evening... that is how we have and still continue to do the parks..especially if the hours are late in the evening. You know your child best..but I myself still like the 2 hour or so breaks in between.

Now the rumor is that Frozen may be extending through September!!! I hope that comes true:)

I second leaving earlier for a nap.
I am not sure I would do Tower of Terror and Star Wars with a 4yo. Maybe Star Wars depending on your DD
That will free up FP+ for the shows, so you can try to do one of them right after lunch and then head to the hotel for rest.
