Looks good to me. Depending on how crowded your HS day is, you might want to FP+ Star Tours. Indiana Jones doesn't need a FP+. To avoid too much walking at AK, do Dinosaur first in your EMH plan. I'm not sure what time Big Hero 6 M&G begins? Does anybody know what time they have started meeting this week?

Great fun! I'm not sure you would be able to fit in TSMM FP+, muppets, and star tours in an hr. Depending on the star tours wait, I would perhaps consider moving the muppets to the afternoon- high capacity theater and very rarely a wait beyond 1 show loop.

Also-as Pp said, check on what time the BH6 characters begin meeting for the day.

Have a great time!

When we were at DHS last Saturday the Big Hero 6 characters did not come out until 10:30 so you might want to check on that.

I see some issues with both. First, Hiro and Baymax's current schedule is that they come out at 10:30 a.m. Plus, you also need to realize that they are going to be very popular and people will start lining up for them before they come out. When Wreck it Ralph and Vanelope were new, we lined up for them about 15 or 20 minutes before they came out and still had about a 10 or 15 minute wait for them. Those who waited until the time their meet and greet time started had a one hour wait. A one hour wait was not unusual for them. I'm expecting Hiro and Baymax to be the same or worse as it looks like the movie is going to be very popular.

An hour for TSM, Muppets and Star Tours is pushing it. Muppets 3d is a 15 minute show. If you happen to just miss getting into one and have to wait the full time for the next, that is going to be 30 minutes right there. Unless you walk in and the show is immediately starting, you are still probably looking on that taking at least 20 minutes. Star Tour is about a 5 or 6 minute ride, and even if there is no line, it takes a few minutes to walk through the line area, get situated for a vehicle, stand through the pre-show video etc. It will be a tight squeeze to do those in an hour.

It also might be close for you to do TOT at exactly 1:20 with your FPwalk to and ride the Great Movie Ride and get to Brown Derby by 2:05. The Great Movie Ride is a 20 minute ride. Indiana Jones is 30 minutes, so you might be better off trying the great movie ride after that, and if the line is not too long then you may have time to go from there to TOT by 1:30 and from there to Brown Derby

As far as your AK plans, you can expect to be leaving Tusker House at around noon. That is probably not going to give you time to ride Kali and to make a 12:30 Nemo show. Even if you did, you would be sitting soaking wet at Nemo which you may not want to do (you could wear ponchos on Kali and hold your feet up and that will help- you might still have some wet spots, but you won't be absolutely soaked).
