Hollywood Studios- 6AM opening question

I don't stay on site, but if I did - getting up at 4:30AM is not my idea of a vacation (and I'm a Star Wars fan).

I don’t like Star Wars particularly but am excited for this land as a Disney park nut. And I have no issue waking up at 4:30AM ONCE on my vacation.
Everyday no, but having that one day where I’m prepared to have an early night the night before, suck it up, go, get it over and done with. And go back to bed? Why not.

I think most Guests will be like you and will be getting up at 4:30 AM for SWGE.

I just don't see huge numbers getting up at 4:30 AM for TSL,so my guess is TSL will be great for at least the 6:00 AM-7:00 AM hour.

It's not the whole park, but most of it. All the rides should be running, but I don't believe some of the shows will start that early.

Agreed - I don't see a mad rush at 6am for TSL or the other parts of the park. I think if you're getting up at 4:30am (like I plan to 2 days of our trip) you're going for SW:GE. I also think the majority of guests heading to TSL have little ones and aren't leaving the hotel at 4:30am...now, I'm a terrible parent and I AM pulling elementary aged kids and 65 year old in-laws out the door at 4:30am but they know that's how I roll at WDW.

We also all need to remember that not every WDW parkgoer is obsessively reading forums like us and some won't even know they can go at 6am.
