Hollywood Scoops - not a snack?

I just read that Hollywood Scoops (in the Studios park) does not accept the dining plan? I am sure I remember using a snack credit for one of their great ice cream cones... is this no longer doable?

Where did you read that? If it was on the official site, the locations say the dining plan is not accepted if they do not offer QS or TS meals. Hollywood Scoops accepts snack credits.

it was here on the WDWinfo: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=274
it says "NO" (meaning DDP not accepted). I just wanted to be sure that means just that there are no "meals", but that snack credit still applies. Thanks!
