Hollywood drive in golf

Was thinking of doing this our arrival night. Has anybody tried this mini golf course at city walk? If so, did you like it ? Which side did you like better? The haunted side or the alien side?

I thought the course on the right was better. I think that's the alien one.

Yes, the one on your right is the alien side and the left is the haunted side. My kids (nine and seven now) like the alien side better. Also, don't get suckered into buying both of them right away. If you fill in the little trivia card while you play then they give each player a little scratch off ticket when you turn in your putters. You can get money off or buy one get one free on your next round of golf. Then you can use the coupon to try the other side if you like.

The alien side plays better but we like the theming on the other side better. We just end up doing both since we can't decide.

We did the haunted side when we played. It was a cute course and a lot of fun.

We liked them both.

We preferred the haunted side.......but maybe because we did that one when it was dark it seemed to enhance the experience. When it's lit up it looks amazing and has a great atmosphere.

But both are good

It's spendy, but a LOT of fun. We did the alien side. Just pay attention to the hole numbers, because there's a part in there where it gets confusing!

Anybody know how much it costs to play one side? Different prices for kids and adults, or all the same?

We played the alien side in the morning a couple of weeks ago. Wish we would've waited and did it at night. It was nice though because everyone was rushing to the parks so we were the only ones playing on the course. There were a couple of groups playing on the haunted side. Just be careful if you decide to go during the day - it gets HOT! The alien side has a little shade, but not much.

It is crazy expensive isn't it? We just remind ourselves that everything at the themeparks is too expensive and fork it over.

It's a little high but not outrageous IMO. Then again, I'm used to resort area pricing for things like that. If I can charge it to my room account, it's sort of "free", correct?
