I've just posted a new review of Disney's Hollywood Brown Derby -- with fideo (food video). It's hard to believe it's been around now for 20 years! Still doing pretty good.

Scott, I always appreciate your reviews, especially since you balance your WDW reviews with other options in Orlando. The apples to apples comparisons - quality to quality, ambience to ambience, in or out of the park - keeps things from being skewed, and avoids that false dichotomy of dining on site vs. dining off site.

HBD has been a favorite for ages. We had what I would consider an exceptional experience four or five years ago by any standard. That, along with Bistro de Paris, are my two top in-the-parks picks.

We loved the Brown Derby. We were there for lunch. I ordered the Oyster & Brie soup, which was wonderful. My d had a spoon of the soup sans oysters, which she doesn't like. She mentioned how good it was. Apparently, our waiter was passing by when she said it; he brought her a cup of soup, sans oysters, and sans charge. Great service, great place!
