We decided on Hollywood Brown Derby for the Fantasqmic Pkg - 4:05 PM ADR, nice time for us after a large Princess Breakfast in EPCOT. We will skip lunch (no need for the calories).
DHS says it closes at 8:30 PM the day we are going, and Fantasmic says it starts at 8:30 PM. How does that works?
The Brown Derby Fantastic pkg what does it include ?
From the allears website it says "As of June 2009, you may order from the
Brown Derby a la carte menu"
What does that really mean - do we each get an appetizer, dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage ?
Or do you only pay for what you eat off the menu (maybe just an Entree and dessert) and not the fixed pirce of $50 per adult for Fantasmic ?
DH would love the Famous Brown Derby Cobb Salad.
I am more of a plain eater and so are our kids, so for an appetizer can we get an adult get the childs menu items: Chopped Salad - with tomato, cucumber and carrots or Celery and Carrot "Dippers" and no ranch dressing ?
I am sure 3 of us would like the Char-grilled 12 oz Rib-Eye Steak - with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, Cremini mushrooms, Cippolini onions and Cabernet syrup ..... But again could I and our DS age 18, leave the potatoe side item, omit the other side items and add from the child menu the broccoli ?
I am sure our DD age 14 would like the Herb-Marinated Spit-Roasted Half Chicken , but skip the adults sides and would want the child sides of red potatoes, and green beans and carrots. Is that do able ?
Also for dessert, can she get a child dessert of Hidden Treasures - Vanilla ice cream, Oreo cookie crumbles and gummy snakes with a Tollhouse cookie?
The rest of us will easily find desserts off the adult menu.
The atmosphere of the Hollywood Brown Derby sounds so nice, and we have never eaten there.
Please advise us.
