Thinking of eating there for fantasmic dinner package. Anyone just back, how was the food? Is soda included in the cost of buffet?

The food is is adequate. I'm not a big buffet person, I'm not a big eater and always feel like I don't get my money's worth. It was however worth having the reserved seating for fantasmic! We sat front row! All non alcoholic drinks are included. Next time I book a dinner package I think I'll go for the Brown Derby. I was
much more impressed with the food there when I dined there on other occasions.

We just did the Fantasmic Pkg on May 9th and this was our first time at H&V. We were very pleased with the meal and will make it a must for our next trip. The buffet had a good assortment of food, which is why I enjoy buffets. I like to try things I would not normally order as an entree. They had a variety of items and everyone found something they really liked.

The kids portion was limited to chicken fingers, hot dogs and mac-n-cheese, but my DD(6) tried a variety items from the entire buffet, which was a nice change!! She really enjoyed the chicken and all the fresh fruit.

When it was time for Fantasmic, we walked right in and had seats close to the top and found it to be very nice not to have to wait so long. Those benches are so uncomfortable, I doubt I would do Fantasmic again without the pkg.
