Is there any advantage to having an 8:00 ADR at H&V on a 9:00 RD day. I have read mixed things about it helping with TSM and with it being worse.

We did it last summer during Star Tours and it made all the difference. We were the first people on Toy Story, and even got a fast pass right after that was only for an hour later. That was on a level 9 crowd day, so I can only think that if you don't linger over breakfast that you will be better off.

Did they let you in the park early or did you join up with the RD people and just get ahead of them?

Bumping this because I would like to know too. How did it work at RP and the mad rush for TSM?

We just joined up, but not really b/c we were finished eating at 8:40. So, we were the first people on the rope and as they let people in the park they got in line behind us. It was quite advantageous b/c it was a Star Wars Weekend as well.
