Hollywood and vine that bad???

I booked the fantasmic dinner package there for Aug 30th but now i am not so sure. I have a post about not being able to get mama mel. for that day and i think Hollywood Brown D. wont be good for me because I have a 20 month old.

Should I ditch H&V and go with Brown derby even with a small child?

Is H&V so bad that I should leave the package totally and just wait it out in line??

I must be in the minority here, but I really liked H&V when I was there in May. Surprisingly, I did not care for the Brown Derby. I consider myself to be pretty discriminating, too. H&V is fun and the food is not bad at all. I liked it so much that I'm going there again in the fall.

We had a Ressie there also and cancelled it due to so many poor reviews. We decided to go to Wolfgang Pucks in downtown disney instead. Hope you have a wonderful trip.

I've eaten at Hollywood and Vine many times, including when they had the Mickey, Minnie, Goofy character meals and they were dressed as 40's era movie stars. I have always enjoyed it.

I booked it for my Fantasmic Package. I like the idea that it is a buffet and we will not have to worry about service being slow and can get a good seat infantasmic.
