Hollywood and Vine for lunch

Isn't Hollywood and Vine a character lunch anymore? We have to take our 2yo grandson to see Special Agent Oso and when I was making a reservation it said it was not a character meal. I made the reservation for breakfast but just curious, when did this change?

Anyone been to Hollywood and Vine lately? The Disney website has conflicting information regarding characters at lunch and breakfast.

I am on the phone with a dining CM and she told me there are characters at lunch.
