I guess we'll avoid supper. We had a terrific experience at breakfast in Jan. Amazing character interaction; DD loved HM and SAO. The food was fine and the service was great. DD loved dancing with the characters. HM and SAO sat right down with DD and pretended to eat with us. I've never seen as much character interaction and we've been to every character meal available. Even the CM cleaning the outside windows invited DD to play Tic Tac Toe with him. We loved it It would be awesome if Phineas and Ferb would be added to the line up!

Thank you jenjersnap!! I guess I should be keeping in mind that "his enthusiasm made it worthwhile!" is really the whole point of this trip!! Right? If my son, the one that LOVES the Little Einsteins, has as wonderful an experience as the other poster mentioned, I couldn't care less if we eat cardboard! LOL

There has to be at least 1 good chef/cook there 'cause the food was really good.( I know I'm in the minority) I'm thankful for that 1 particular chef.

As for service, cleanliness, and seating(5 people at a 4 person table)etc, I concur. The whole atmosphere/enthusiam amongst the staff seems to be lacking. One has to wonder what the management/lack of management structure is like?

P.S. there were no characters for lunch that day.

I am so glad I read this thread. We were booked to eat at H&V with the Fantasmic package and I was just able to switch it to Hollywood Brown Derby. Thank you!!
