holidays and illuminations cruise

Hi there! New DISer here! These boards are great!! Amazing info! My question is during the holidays when illuminations is at 9:30, is the last evening cruise still at 8:00, and will that allow you to see illuminations?

We were there in December when Illuminations was at 9:30pm. Our cruise was at 9:00pm (though we were supposed to be there 30 minutes prior for payment and such).
