Holiday wishes and Happily ever after?

If we see holiday wishes at MVMCP, is there any need to see Happily Ever After fireworks on a non party day or can it be skipped?

IMHO, yes - you 'need' to see both. They are both great shows, but in much different respects. HEA is really not to be missed if the schedule allows for it.

We are there from December 19th ( well Disney part) first wk is at universal until the 2nd Jan.
We wanted to see both of them two but was t planning on doing the Xmas party ..can we still see both? Does anyone know when Xmas fireworks replace the HEA show.

They are completely different shows. HEA is the best nighttime show in all of WDW IMHO. Crowds will most likely be large, however, since they are sandwiching HEA in between the party nights and HEA nights are few and far between.

If that's the case then we will just either see them from the poly, or get tickets one night that we 're there.

Yes, they used to, but based on the published schedule this year, that is not continuing. However, they could change that at any time, so I would keep an eye on the WDW calendar to see if they switch from HEA to Holiday Wishes.
