plus another 1lb!!! So back on track, thanks to induction. Obviously must have been water retention from the flight. I have suffered from terrible leg cramps for the last few nights as well so have upped my minerals and salt.

Feeling so much better lately as well, the jetlag seems to have turned my sleeping pattern around now so that I have become a morning person, up early and in bed by 10.30, instead of being a zombie until 10.00am and going to bed at 2.00am.

Great news, Elise! I think going on holiday must help boost weight loss SOMEHOW! :) Good to hear your sleeping pattern has changed. I used to grumble about getting up early, but now I love it as I seem to be able to get so much more done in a day!

Besides, you don't have much chance to sleep late in the summer, what with the sun burning a hole through the windows at some ridiculously early time (sheesh!) What is up with it being fully light by 4:30 in the morning over there? ;)

Tell me about it - flippin British Summertime - it was weird in Oz as the mountains blocked the sun rising and falling so it didn't get light until 7.00am and then got dark by 6.00pm - I thought for some reason they'd have longer days.

Well, good for you! You got right back on that way to goal. You have such wonderful motivation and determination, Elise.

I'm proud of you!
