Holiday weekend strategy?

Which parks tend to be the busiest on which days on a holiday weekend like President's Day weekend in February? Is one day worse at MGM and another at MK? Or are they all a nightmare?

How about Martin Luther King weekend in January?

We realize that MK is crazy crowded on Saturday, we were there last year on Saturday (President's Day weekend), but we left on Sunday. We are mostly wondering what to expect on Sunday and Monday of those weekends. Do most people use Monday as a travel day?

All of the parks will be crowded but especially the MK. Sunday morning might be a little quieter at the MK but over holiday weekends Monday (actually, every Monday at the MK) is very busy, too. Plan carefully and use fast pass wisely and you should be fine, though

Thanks for the one and only reply nativetxn! We pretty much figured that it would be busy most days. We will probably avoid the MK until after the weekend is over. Actually we are going to go on Saturday evening of our arrival day in hopes of seeing the Spectromagic parade...probably the only day they will have it if they have it at all then, but then we will visit the other parks until Tuesday or so.
