Holiday Villas ?

Has anyone stayed at the Holiday Villas just outside of The Disney gates.... I have read many hotel and villa reviews but no one ever mentions these. Please someone has to have stayed there!!!

We stayed in a 3 bdrm condo at Holiday Villas in the Laguna Bay complex. It was very nice. The pool is average size but served us fine. The clubhouse had a small store to pick up snacks and things. It also had a pool table. The condo itself was very nice.

When you say Laguna Bay Complex, is that just the name of one of the buildings in this one in Kissemee, or is that in a Holiday Villas in another city but part of the chain? Thanks for responding! It is good to hear that you were pleased where ever it was.

Laguna Bay was the name of the Holiday Villa Complex that we stayed in in Kissimmee. It was on Poicianna just south of 192.

Hello,
Hoilday Villas is the name of a company that rents out condos. Most of them are from the same the builder and are located around Disney. There are no condos "just outside Disney gates."
Disney is 40 square miles and there are hotels and condos in the Disney vicinity, some closer that others, but none closer than 6 to 10 minute drive.
Holiday Villas are older but nice condos. I would recommend Villas at Sommerset at they are closer to Disney than Laguna Bay or the others.
These condos should be renting for 70 to 85 dollars a night tops. If more than that except Easter or Christmas you are paying a very high price for these units.
They have a nice plan with a big walk in shower in the master bedroom.
I would shop for amenties like King beds, TV in all bedrooms, and close to the pool..Good Luck and have a great time.
