Holiday Surcharges?

I am trying to piece together a "rough" dining budget for my parents for our trip next April. We will be arriving on Easter and staying the following week.

Can I safely assume that the menus that say "Holiday pricing may be in effect" will have the additional surcharges? We don't plan on too many buffets, but an additional $4-$6 per person is something I want to include if needed.

Oh, FWIW, we have the TIW card and we will not be using a dining plan since we only want to eat 3-4 TS meals.

1) Yes, count on the holiday penalty.
2) I'm sorry, the Holiday Surcharge.
3) After all, food costs more to prepare during the holiday and peak periods.
4) It is either than or WDW figured people would just pay more.
