Holiday surcharge?

Has anyone seen the amounts for the holiday surcharge for 2010? We are trying to figure out to dining plan or not. The surcharge may decide it for us.
I know I will be paying more for the dining plan during this time as well *48 I think.

It seems to be about $3-4 surcharge at buffets and fixed price meals - I think it varies by the restaurant from what I have seen. I don't think there is a fixed amount that's the same all over.
