Hey gang! We are old hats at WDW. Seasoned pros. But we've never been to WDW in Dec, until this year. So give me all the scoop! What's not to miss? When is it important to have your MVMCP tix by? Weather? Anything we need to know....

If you are planning MVMCP I would buy your tickets now!
Also it would be advised to order tickets for the Candlelight Processional dinners if you plan on doing that.

If you go to MVMCP, and I hope you do, choose any of them EXCEPT Friday.
Friday MVMCP is always very crowded and they sell out early.

Don't miss the Osborne Lights at MGM !!

If you have extra time, check out the decorations at the other Disney resorts, especially Wilderness Lodge.

Take time to just enjoy everything.

Make sure you save some time to tour the resorts. Must-sees for me are the Grand Floridian (with a life size Gingerbread house), the Wildnerness Lodge, and the Boardwalk. We stumbled on Camp Minnie Mickey at AK last year too, which had trees themed for many of the Disney characters. It was very cute!

Buy those MVMCP tickets yesterday!!!
Buy the Candlelight Processional dinner package the day before yesterday!
At Epcot: 6PM Tree Lighting, Storytellers at the WS, At sunset see them light the Sunset Lights of Winter at the WS plaza
At DD: see and listen to the carolers walking up and down the street
MGM: The Obsborne Family Lights and snow
WL: take a sleigh ride

Just wandering around the parks and hotels was amazing at Christmas. I loved buying a gingerbread shingle from the shop inside the life size gingerbread house at GF.

Sometimes you get in a rush and don't enjoy as much as you could.
