Holiday Pricing

I was just wondering how we know when holiday pricing for dining begins and ends? We will be there Dec30-Jan4 and I am hoping there will be no increase by the 4th and am scheduling our character meal for that day. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks!

Holiday pricing should impact your visit only for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
