Holiday Pricing ?

Coming into my 180 day mark to make dining reservations soon. So, my question is, when does the Holiday pricing start in December? Are there exact dates posted yet anywhere?

December 23 - 31.

Disney does not publish the buffet pricing dates, but inquiries made by other posters seem to confirm it is the same as the dining plan peak rate times.
