Holiday parade better during day or night?

We have to pick one of the parades to watch in order to see all we want to in 1 day. Which is better early or later show?

I agree night with hot chocolate, holiday fireworks and snow afterwards. Ok not all at once obviously but with everything lit up its beautiful!!!!

I think for pictures the day show is better - more lighting, less blurryness. However, at night the parade more impressive.
