Hubby knows how much I love Belle and had these roses put together for our anniversary. 10 yellow (guess those had to be ordered special this time of year!!) for how many years together and the red one to carry it all on...

My students and I had to figure out the meaning together when they were delivered and they know we broke up for 4 years before getting married so one mentioned that the red was just like the rose in B&B- it almost dies but in the end they figure it out and know they should be with each other. Talk about sweet thinking form an 8th grader.

I did it!! I know it is totally crazy and expensive, but my husband and I stayed under our high end budget on the trip,
even with the changes, and set aside some extra funds to have an In Room Celebration all ready for our daughter on Christmas Eve.

This is something I have wanted to do for her since we started the planning of this trip. I found out about this when planning our Halloween
day visit and knew the cost was high, but what an amazing celebration this would be.

Pillowcases, a blanket, several light up lanyard, holiday Mickey ears, 2 giant stuffed animals and more will await us when we return home on Christmas Eve.
They even light up the room with lights. I have a feeling the money will have been well worth it in the end.

I know it is nutty, but this trip is ONCE IN A LIFETIME for us. We will be back to Disney over and over but this one is a never forget.

I actually don't think It's nutty at all. I would have done something simple for our trip next week if my daughter was old enough to understand. She's two-so we'll have to wait a few years but it's on my must do list!

We always do something when we go on a cruise-the decorations are typically under $40 though, but it does really make such a nice impression and set a nice tone.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving so it was not so great to be sick that morning..lucky for me I rebounded and felt fine by dinner. NOW...

It is December and that means I can say, "We are going to Disney this month!!" How fun is it saying that? So fun!

Today we will decorate our Christmas tree. We have an elf on the shelf, Conner, who put the tree up last night for us (he also left money for donuts so yeah!!)

This year we decided to put up a smaller tree with only our Disney Ornaments. I will share photos when we are finished.

We are in full on planning mode and making sure we have everything we need.
Back to work tomorrow but nothing can kill the mood that is a Disney Holiday coming soon!

We decided not to put up our entire large tree this Christmas because we will not be home, but we wanted some holiday cheer and a way to get even more pumped up for our upcoming trip. We pulled out our smaller tree and decided to Disney it up. Lucky for us that was not a hard task. I cut out some Mickey ears for our tree topper and bought some fun ribbon to put on as garland. All that was left was our collection of Disney Ornaments. We had the tree ready in no time.

21 Days until our trip is finally here. Hard to believe we have been planning for it for 3 years. Thanks for following along with our pre-trip report.

I have had a crazy week and all I think about when I have a moment (even when I should be thinking of other things) is getting packed for the trip and ready to go. 15 days from today we will be there and well...CAN'T WAIT!! Now the rest of the trip shopping needs to get done, plus the rest of my gifts need to be bought as our extended family will celebrate the day after we return...CRAZY but so fun.
