Holiday Inn Suites Orlando Waterpark?

I was playing around under the friends and family discount for IHG listed here and saw this hotel come up. The resort fee looks hefty but if it includes access to everything listed it sounds like it could still be a really good deal. It says the reno won't be complete until March 2016, and I couldn't find any details or pics besides the rooms. Any info on this at all?

This hotel is the current Nickelodeon Suites Hotel, which is removing the Nick theming and becoming the Holiday Inn Suites after a $30 million renovation. It looks like it will still keep the 2 waterpark areas and attractions though, just without the Nickelodeon overlay.
