Holiday Inn Orange Lake Resort

While Orange Lake is only just now, technically, a Holiday Inn property, the association has really always been there. Orange Lake was started by the founder of Holiday Inn hotels!

OLCC oh.... i mean Holiday Inn Vacation Club at Orange Lake actually is adajacent to Disney's Animal Kingdom

there is a back way into WDW using sherbeth road which then brings you close to the entrance to Animal Kingdom

your sons might enjoy the River Island that they have there ( you do not have to stay in River Island to use it )

do not know how points work, but since we are Global Access or were members, they now say we can use our points in the Holiday Inn Network and we have been assigned GOLD status within "Priority Club: ....not sure it is gold but that sticks in mind..

so you might be able to use your points to get a 2 bedroom at Orange Lake ( not sure how the cleaning fee works when you exchange in on points, but if you are over your housekeeping limit using OLCC Global ...now Holiday Inn Vacation Club points... they charge a fee of 114$ even if you only stay two nights for cleaning ) , hopefully, people using their points from the Holiday Inn points program will not be charged that .....

that's exactly what we need! That will be a perfect solution..and to think I was bummed that we couldn't use our points for a 2 bedroom at Nick (no longer affiliated with Holiday Inn) or Staybridge (not offering the 27,500 points per 2 bedroom room)
:)

Can you share where I can get "discounted tickets" for Disney?

Thanks!

Try www.undercovertourist.com. They are an authorized WDW ticket seller and sell discounted tickets for other area attractions.
UCT also has a relationship with Mousesavers.com. Join mousesavers and sign up for all the newsletters - UTC often shows up with exclusive discounts for mousesavers members. Their Disney prices are usually the lowest available.

That's where we got ours from, undercovertourist thorugh mousesavers. We are a family of 5, 4 of which are considered adults so I wanted the best price I could find! We bought passes,7 days for the price of 4 (no park hopper) for 4 adults and one child for $1099.75 USD which worked out to almost $1400 CAD. They arrived REALLY quickly in the mail, even across the border! I think it was a week?
