holiday inn near universal

anyone know anything about staying at the holiday inn at the entrance to universal? Not on international drive, but the one across the street from universal, where you can walk to universal.

Not much help, but, I have reservations there for Sept. The website says it's been recently renovated. If you go before Sept. let me know what you think.

Do a search on this forum. Just type in Holiday Inn Universal and you will find some info on this hotel. Also, you can go to www.tripadvisor.com and find reviews on this hotel. I have never stayed there. I know it has a Fridays attached to hotel. They do offer entertainment rates right on the Holiday Inn website for this hotel.

If it is the Holiday Inn Express Universal you are speaking of, I have stayed there. I found it to be a great place. I would certainly stay there again. TGI Friday's is really fun and really good.
