trying to save some bucks has anyone stayed here can you please share your thoguhts

We stayed there last August. We stayed in a Kids Suite room. It wasn't the biggest but it was fine. We had a great rate by using the Entertainment Card, but they no longer accept it. The pool was great, very big. The free breakfast was good. It was the usual things, eggs, bacon, frenchtoast, bagels, muffins. We had planned to go again this August but we got the e mail with the great rate for a Disney value hotel. From what I hear they are changing the decor of the hotel to Nickolodeon. If you have any specific questions just ask me. Have a great time!!!!

Unless your in love with Soggy eggs or small acomadations mI would look to stay at Vistana resort. It's nearly as close to WDW as HIFS is and by trying [URL=http://www.mousesaver.com you'll get a great rate as well

We stayed there in November and loved it. We had a 2 bedroom suite plus the kids room, living room and full kitchen. We got a great price through hotels.com.

Their breakfast buffet is huge, and I figure if you don't like what they have, you should go to a restaurant. I mean, it's a free breakfast *buffet*, not just a continental breakfast.

They had a huge game room, bar area, karaoke for the kids etc. My kids loved the little train that took them around the hotel grounds too.

Not sure when you are traveling but the free b-fast buffet will no longer be come Jan. 1st. We had a reserved 2 room kidsuite for our next trip (my DH idea!) For 10 nights at 1777.00 incl. tax. Then I really started looking around and we are now renting for 12 nights a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a private pool!! For 1225.00! We might still stay in the spring at HIFS because of it beign nick themed our two DS's love nick!

Banshee, I'd love to hear how that goes. I've looked into renting a home for trips, but not seriously.

I'm really interested to see how your stay is. Have fun!

We usually stay on site, but this time my DH didnt because we are going to do universal and seaworld (disney too!) I though years ago when I was 19 rented a house for three weeks with friends and I remember it beign very nice. When it got super hot in the afternoons we would come back and go swimmimg. It was a large house so if we wanted to just relax away from each other we could and with 4 19 year old girls we had plenty of bathrooms! it was nice we would swim in the middle of the night if we wanted. And we did save money on food we ate out, but we tended to eat more quick things at home. I am really looking forward to this trip.
