Holiday Inn Express LBV?

I am looking for a clean, inexpensive hotel for one night on July 2nd. I want to keep it at no more than $100 (because I can get Pop for $135). We will arrive early afternoon and want to swim and hang out at DTD for the evening. The next morning we will be moving over to Pop. On Expedia I can get the Holiday Inn Express at Lake Buena Vista for $80. Has anyone stayed here, have experiences, or any other suggestions for one night?
