Holiday Inn Express LBV East - anyone ever stayed here???

Hi Everyone...
I purchased a 3 night stay through HotWire and I won Holiday Inn Express LBV East. I am curious if anyone has ever stayed here and what your thoughts are. How are the beds? Pool? Breakfast? Any suggestions for restaurants in the area?
I thought I was buying in the DTD are so I was bit disappointed that is isn't (at least I don't think it is).

Also, Is this a safe area?

I would try Tripadvisor to see if there are any reviews. I find them very helpful
