Holiday Gift Decision Needed

your dgd would love a box in my closet-full of scarves and pashminas from back in the day, have not been worn in years but it kills me to think of tossing them. dh had a similar box of ties-from the super skinny trends to the wide but oldest kiddo snagged those several years ago.

Our younger daughter has been attempting for several years to outmaneuver my husband's grandfather's Burberry wool trench away from him. Impossible to purchase anything even close to it at any price these days. We tease her that she will probably answer news of her father's demise with "it's all mine now, mwah, ha, ha".

You will note that the scarves are closer to the crowns of Hepburn and Kelly and what a difference it makes. Poor QE2 tried much too hard to “fit in”and look middle class. She was never a raving beauty but wasn’t as …sad looking as she tried to appear. I suppose she had her millions as consolation.
