Holiday Dining

We are arriving on 12/21, and I have some questions. We have PS' for Brown Derby on Christmas with FDP. Will there be a holiday menu, regular menu or FDP menu?

We are eating at Whispering Canyon on the 21st. Same menu or holiday? Coral Reef on 12/24 with CP. Regular or Holiday menu?

Our PS on 12/25 is for 3:50. Do we get a choice of which Fantasmic Show we want to see?

You will find on xmas eve and xmas day they will serve the regular menu but have a special, which is the holiday meal.
