Holiday decorations during "Jersey Week?"

Thinking of taking advantage of the school calendar and diving into "Jersey Week" this year, maybe Tuesday 11/7 through Sunday 11/12.

My wife had an interesting question. So close after Halloween and so near the Christmas season ... are there any holiday decorations at the resorts and parks? In other words, will we have photos of lingering Halloween stuff? Will we have photos of way-early Christmas stuff?

THANKS!

We went during Jersey Week in 2004, and there were no leftover Halloween decorations up. But by the end of the week, our resort (POFQ) had started putting up some Christmas decorations. I don't remember seeing any Christmas-y things up at the parks, though.

We went during Jersey Week last year, and there were some holiday decorations in the parks but I think they were just beginning to put them up. None of the hotels we visited were decorated yet, except for displays in the gift shop windows.

One evening when we returned to our hotel (WL), there was a cherry picker in the middle of the lobby and I was hoping they were putting up decorations, but I think they were just changing a lightbulb!

We were there in November of last year over Super Soap weekend (not planned, just worked out that way). No decorations at the Contemporary but each park's big CHristmas tree was up and decorated. Also the Osborne lights started that weekend.

We left ASMo on 11/6 on our last WDW trip, in 2003, and the Christmas trees were going up outside the cafeteria that morning when we were checking out.

We had the same experience as it sounds like the others have...decorations start going up at the end of the week, but there were very few and it wasn't "Christmas-sy".

We were there for the end of Jersey Week last year. Alot of the picture spots in the parks have decorations up, like the Christmas tree near the bridge to Tomorrowland in MK and in Epcot when you enter the World Showcase.

We got a great christmas card picture of my kids with Mickey in Christmas attire (sweater, hat, scarf) over in Camp Mickey/Minnie in AK. The gazeebo was all decked out with christmas stuff. I think they hit these places first because they know alot of people are thinking of christmas pictures at this time.

We stayed at WL, I don't remember seeing anything there.
