holiday crowds and the best hotels

We are planning to visit next Easter. I know that holidays are especially crowded. My kids will be ages 6 and 8. My priority in selecting a hotel is choosing one that is close to the park, and has the fastest and least crowded transportation from the hotel to the park. I am still not sure how much money we want to spend on lodging. Do you have any suggestions?

Also, any other suggestions on how to deal with the crowds?

Our first trip was last November between Thanksgiving and Christmas it was crowded but it was still fun. We stayed at the all-star movies. They are on sight you have to take a shuttle the buses run about 5 to 10 minutes apart at least when we were there. We love staying at the all-stars. Nice place. Just a suggestion it was cheaper than the other places but still very nice.
