Holiday Clearance Sale at SkyAuction 7nt Cert's $179

Has anyone ever had the opportunity to use a getaway week certificate for week 51 (Dec 21,22,23 this year) or week 52 (dec 28,29,30) checkin anywhere in Florida? I have only ever seen not nice places in the Ormond Beach area show up for these weeks using getaway weeks and just wondering if these weeks ever do appear (half decent resort) and I just happen to miss them??

Thanks

I am seriously thinking about getting at least one of these, but it seems too good to be true, and you know what they say about that.... Can anyone reassure me? We don't have a problem pulling our kids out of school for one week so we try to travel at "slow" times, so that part shouldn't be a problem. We would need at least 2 bedrooms, that's entirely doable, right? Thanks in advance.

There is no guarantee you can get a 2 bedroom unless you are flexible with your dates.

We have gotten by just fine with a 1 bedroom when necessary and it is still WAY better than a hotel room.

But you should be fine if you are flexible.

We have used SkyAuction 3 times now and have been VERY pleased. We have stayed at only Vacation Village, but that is no longer a place that uses SkyAuction, so we need to find a new favorite.

right now there is a 3-bedroom for May.

if you can travel off times then yes you can probably get a 2-bedroom.

just don't count on ANYTHING during any holidays. there may be - there may not be.

for some reason RCI is getting slow returning the needed codes.

hello all...i just bought 5 more cert's....:). I can't wait to go on vacation in the coming year!!1:santa: :cool1: :thumbsup2

Wow.. thanks for the tip. I just purchased 3! I wanted more but with the school schedule this year. I don't want to pull out that much so we will be using them during peak times. Can't beat that price and there are no added taxes, just the $20 service fee!

Help!

I can't find where on the Sky Auction site the Certificates are.

Can someone help me!?

Has anyone used one yet? I see on the auctions there is a taxes and fees charge of like 295. for the week additional but I can't see if they charge this on the buy it now clearance certificates, at least not on the description page. Do they charge this on the BIN 179 cert. as well?

I don't know about the $295 auctions but I just bought the $199 Including servicecharge Holiday clearance. I hope this is all inclusive! Boy this disboard really saves me money!!!! ( I hope) Let us know as you use the certificates! Grammy

not on this one.

on the regular skyauction bid - where it is an auction - there is $295 (use to be $195) and $20 - then you bid.

this one is different.

used one last week - not a problem.

Forget it - it is SOLD OUT!

They have apparently added more - here I am in the last hour and a half deciding whether or not to bite the bullet. So it really is just the $179 + $20 for the week....no other fees?

yes!!!:goodvibes

I am not even seeing it now - so where are you, please?

must be the end of this "deal"....

they had 86 last night after the first one sold out.....maybe they will do the offer again near easter
