Holiday buffet pricing and dining plan? podcast question!

I was wondering that if they are raising the price of the meals during holiday seasons are they also raising the price of the dining plan during those days? Just wondering cause it sounds like you are better off with the dining plan during those times if the plan does not get a price hike. You just have to make sure you make those ADRs as soon as possible. Am I right in thinking this way?
What do you think podcast team? Shouldn't give disney any ideas huh?

We purchased the DDP for our trip in December specifically because of the Holiday surcharge. The price of the DDP did not increase in December. It made the DDP a great deal for us because the tip was still included.

Seems like they want to punish those who didn't think to buy the dining plan or those with annual passes. Sounds really unfair to me.
