Hold Times at MS?

Anyone called MS in the last few days? Wondering how long the hold times have been - this is traditionally the start of a busy time for them. Wondering if online booking and the RAT improvements have made a big difference.
 
I called this morning and it said I had a thirteen minute wait but frankly it didn't seem that long before someone picked up. So much better when they get all information upfront and then when you get the representative it goes really quick. I called about 6 days ago and it was only a 5 minute wait. both times it was calling at 9:40AM.
 
I have called the past two days. Wait times less than 3 minutes both days.
 
Not sure if this is last few days but I called Christmas eve and didn't have to wait.
 

I thought that the online booking helped with this time awhile ago. Except then they have done major software updates around this time a couple of years and mucked it up a bit.

I called Monday and had no wait although it hadn't quite hit "that" time.
 
I called this afternoon and the hold message said 23 minutes. I did not wait.
 
I mistakenly called the regular number not DVC to get out annual passes yesterday the wait was about 20 minutes and the MS was very cranky about how DVC could of helped me but that since I was on the phone she would help me. First time I have ever encountered something like that.
 
This week, I have experienced 13-minute waits, as indicated by the prompt at the beginning of the call.
 
18 minutes on Saturday - after I hung up I realized I needed to make an address change so used online chat feature and it was immediate.
 
I called today (Monday) a little before 4 pm Eastern time, and the message said my wait would be 25 minutes. I hung up!
 
I called Monday, Dec 26th at 9:30am central time. No wait!
