When you make a ressie for the hojo can you request what building? If so what building is better? It will be me, DH, DM, DMil, DS7, DD5, DN5, and DN3.

I would request BLDG 1 premium Disney view. Nice big rooms, view of the Pirate Pool and somewhat of a view of the Matterhorn. I would request the skylight rooms on the top floor, unless the light bothers you. These rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I'd request the building that the Disney View rooms are in. The other big building is waaaaay too close to the freeway to be comfortable, IMO.

Building 2 is our favorite. It is right next to the freeway but we have never had a problem with freeway noise (and I am a light sleeper). We always request a quiet room in that building and have never been disappointed.

We did the same but was allocated the end room right be the freeway and asked to be moved - as this was the only room available in that building (and I know why- no pool view either) they gave us a premium room instead 6th (next to top floor) and it was excellent - we want to request this in April as well..

Yikes! Now I have something else to add to my list of requests when I make a reservation -- "No end room!" Glad they were able to move you!

Depending on what room category you book, you may not have a choice of buildings. Many of their room categories are only in 1 building. They make it very clear on their web site. Take a look at hojoanaheim.com and watch their videos of room categories. After that you should have a pretty good understanding.

Subing in...we just moved our reservation here to a Disney View Room. I'll see if I can request a top floor room.

The Premium Disney view rooms are really great- and my personal favorites on our property are the Deluxe Pool View Rooms facing the Garden Pool in Building 2.
