HOJO Walk--please help the confused!

Ok, So we have stayed at the Fairfield Inn & BWPPI before..This time we thought we would try the HOJO. I have heard that the walk is sooo long etc etc.. It's not is it.. I remember the HOJO being right next to the Fairfield, correct? please help ease my mind, I am tired of the little voices!! URGH!

Yes, Hojo is right across the little side street from Fairfield. The walk doesn't bother us at all (even with two little ones).

Personally, I think they took the long route. I prefer to cross Harbor at Manchester and then walk down the DL side of Harbor, cut through the taxi area and you're there!

We stayed there for the first time in May with a 10 y.o., 8 y.o. & 2 y.o. The 2 y.o. rode in a stroller or on dh's shoulders. We walked to & from the park each day we were there & had NO problem with the walk. I probably wouldn't want to do it w/o a stroller for my little one-but other than that we had no issues. Actually, we're staying there again in December

Me too.

Mainly b/c you don't have people and cars and delivery trucks turning into hotels to deal with. Nor do you have to deal with the "should I wait or shouldn't I" crosswalk right around Captain Kidd's, or deal with the crowds at the cross-Harbor light.

Ditto on the walk. We rented a stroller so on the way back, both kids were asleep and we had to carry them. That was exhausting with DD 6 and DS 4. But otherwise, the walk is no biggy.

Thank-you to everyone who replied! I just need to stick with what I want to do and not listen to the negative comments from others. You never know until you try it, right? Thanks again!
