I promise myself that this will be my last comparison thread

I have reservations for the Hojo Kids suite in July at 134.90. I just found that the Park Vue bunk bed room for the same time would save us approx $200.00.

There are so may good posts about HOJO....I'm sure that we would enjoy our stay there. My question now is whether or not it is worth the $200.00 more to stay there . I'm thinking that we could use that money for priority seating at Fantasmic!

Any comments or suggestions?

That's a tough one...and I'm a huge HOJO fan. We stayed there last year and loved it. That being said, we stayed at Park Vue earlier this month, in the bunk bed room because HOJO's was booked on our dates. That being said...you would actually save a lot more than $200 due to being able to eat breakfast at the Park Vue. They have a pretty good breakfast compared to other continental breakfasts. I wish HOJO offered something but with MiMi's across the street I don't see that happening. We LOVED how close the Park Vue was...it was sooooooooooooo nice for the quick trip back in the afternoon and the walk back at night. Don't get me wrong, HOJO's isn't that far...but after a long day it was just nice to walk across teh street and be there.
We have reservations for a Kids Suite at HOJOS in December......We were able to get the AP discount so our room is coming out to $107/night. We are still kinda up in the air and have time to decide. The walk and the breakfast were great...but then again we love HOJO's and VERY excited to see the kids suite in a pirate theme. If you want to see pics from Park Vue they are on page 3..I think page 3 of my TR....

Glad you can see why I am so torn. I know that I need to make up my mind soon before the Park Vue gets booked up! Was the park vue clean and upkept?

Our stays @ Park Vue have been great - very clean, staff very nice, free parking, good breakfast, and great location. For us, we don't spend alot of time at the hotel pool or in the hotel itself. We stay at the park the entire time it's open. If you are going to want to spend alot of time at the hotel pool, you may consider HOJO for the new play area. If not, I say Park Vue all the way! That money you save could be used for a Character Meal or a great stop at the World of Disney! The pool at Park Vue is ok, but your kids might be more engaged by the new HOJO pool playground. So just depends on your vacation style. :goodvibes

What is most important to you

ParkVue- closer, breakfast...but I think, one room with seperate/side area for bunks

Hojo- good pool/water play area, kids room seperate from adults room and 2 bathrooms (I assume this also would equate to more square footage), longer walk, no breakfast

Thank you for the comments. I think we are going to go with Park Place.I'm giving myself till tomorrow to decide....too late to call them now.
