The comforters are wonderful! They are not made of down/feathers however, so they would be fine for someone with an allergy to feathers/down like myself. I always need to check into that when staying at a hotel.

You're totally right. The comforters are not filled with actual down feathers, but they're so soft that I automatically describe them like that without even thinking. I need to stop doing that.....it probably scares people who have allergies.

We just returned from 5 nights in building 4 (standard rooms). We had a great stay, although I would say that I do prefer building 2 which is where we stayed on all of our prior trips, only because of the queen beds. I read somewhere that the double beds at Hojo are actually only 3 inches narrower than the queen beds....even though my husband and I are not large people --we really noticed a difference in size. The beds were too small for us. Everything else was great though!
