Premium Disney view rooms are in building 1, the 7 storey building which on one side faces the freeway, and on the other faces Disneyland.

We had a Disney view room, and the view was ok - it is a little obscured by the pine tree growing along that side, but you still get quite a decent view of the big star shells bursting over the park.
It wasn't nearly as good as being in the park and seeing them, but was nice on the late nights when we returned early with our kids.
