HOJO Entertainment Rates

There is a possibility that we are adding 2 more people to our trip for a total of 4 adults. If this happens we would like to look into switching our hotel from the Quality Inn to the HOJO.

I would like to know how I go about getting the entertainment rates. Do I just have to buy one of those books? And where would I get one? Once I see my dates on there, do I jump at them, or can I wait a bit?

Any knowledge would be appreciated!

Hey girly!

And you don't actually have to buy the entire book itself, you just need the entertainment card which you can actually find on eBay for a couple of dollars. That's what I did last year. Totally worth it! Just make sure it's for 2009 and you're going before November when it expires (which I know you are ).

Thanks for all the info! I was going to ask you on your thread, but wasn't sure if you'd be busy or not. But glad I got ya anyway!

The Quality Inn is going to charge us $200 more to add 2 people to our reservation, and that makes the total just $20 less than regular price at the HOJO. Given that the "Double or Twin GUEST ROOM-ROOM ONLY" thing they are giving me holds 4 people. I would hope so, since I said I needed a room for 4 people! Do you know what kind of room that is?

Wow, how did I do that? It really takes me about half the year before I really start to accept what year it is. You caught me!!

And just because the dates aren't up yet doesn't mean they wont be. It's always getting updated and changed, sometimes even days before your actually ready to leave!

Ok, well as soon as I hear good news from my brother, I will be cancelling at Quality Inn and booking at HOJO. Hopefully my dates will come up. If not, I will be paying the same price for a better (according to these boards) hotel.

Ask for the disboards/Disney fan discout for 15% off. You can always switch to the ET rate if it comes out later.

If you decide to go with Hojo, make sure you call their in-house reservations number (which is on their messageboard, IIRC) rather than the nationwide Hojo's reservation number, as only in-house will know about the Entertainment discount. (I know this from experience )
