HoJo Ent Rate Ressie Help Please??

Okay, so I just called the HoJo...and tried to make an Ent Rate ressie...the lady says I need a discount code from my Ent Book? This is new, right? And where do I find this code in the book?

The lady wasn't all that helpful, so I asked if Lorealle was there and she says she doesn't know that is...huh?

Lorealle works at the HoJo Plaza Anaheim doesn't she? The # I called was 714-776-6120.

I am so confused.

You must have spoken with General Reservations, and not specifically with IN-HOUSE. Make sure you ask for IN-HOUSE reservations, and then you will get the correct answers.

I agree. Make sure when you call that you ask for the IN HOUSE reservation desk. I just called last week & adjusted my reservation to reflect the ET Rate & didn't need a code.

I also have to say that I spoke to somebody at in house on one of my calls who I'm certain had to be new. She was not much help to me & kept saying things to me that were obviously part of her training, lol. I called back later & spoke to someone else.

If you *just* called, you called at lunchtime. whoops, misread, thought you posted at 12:58! whoops!

Call business hours pacific time, NOT at lunch (I made that error too). Ask for in house.

When I called that one time at lunch, the ring was funky, it clicked a bit, and that was me being switched over to the 800 number people. And the 800 number lady LIED to me, said she was in house, until I specifically asked her if she was right there, at the hotel, in Anaheim across from Disneyland. Of course she wasn't, so I hung up.

Call back in about 15 minutes...let them get back from lunch. (of course for those of us in the same timezone, that means our lunchtime is over too!)

YES!! I tried again, and "In House Reservations" was the key...thank you all so much!! I got 5 of my 7 nights at the ET Rate in April!
